The training courses below are traditionally
included as part of a SmartOps implementation.
In each case, the applicable mix of theory,
concepts, and product training is provided.

• Technical - hands-on assistance, coordination, and knowledge transfer to ensure that the customer is adequately prepared to install, manage, and maintain the application and technical environment, moving forward.
