Embark on a journey to teach you the processes and tricks to succeed in a challenging simulated market. This training simulation mimics the actual challenges and decisions faced daily when utilizing an ERP System (SAP R/3). As part of a team that will manage a mock muesli factory, you’ll have the opportunity to test the theories and limits of the system without having to deal with the actual “fallout” of a bad decision. Participants will see sales occur in faster than real-time and learn to interpret reports as well as execute business decisions using transactions in SAP R/3. The session will cover four quarters of simulated business through a compressed time model. Participants will be challenged with typical business decisions such as product mix, inventory management, forecasting and production sequencing.
